Delete your AI Subtitle Studio account

This page lets AI Subtitle Studio users request deletion of their app account and associated data. AI Subtitle Studio is the app name shown on Google Play.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the Google account email you use with AI Subtitle Studio.
  2. Use the subject line AI Subtitle Studio account deletion request.
  3. Include your Google account email and, if you can access the app, any account or subscription details shown in Account settings.

What data is deleted

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymise the Firebase account record and associated app account data, including subscription entitlement records, AI credit counters, device-based free-usage records where they can be identified, and support or diagnostic records linked to the account.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can also email [email protected] to request deletion of specific data associated with AI Subtitle Studio, such as support diagnostics or account-linked usage records, without asking us to delete your whole account.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or payment-compliance reasons. Billing cancellation and refund handling may also require users to manage active subscriptions through Google Play or Stripe.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly. In most cases, account deletion is completed within 30 days. Data retained for the limited reasons above is kept only for the required retention period.

Removing the app from your device does not automatically delete your AI Subtitle Studio account. You can still use this page after uninstalling the app.
